The property consists of three independent rooms, each with private internal bathroom and living room. The rooms are equipped with hot / cold air conditioning and wi-fi connection.

The common area is equipped with a coffee machine, microwave oven, refrigerator, utensils, crockery and hob. Each room is equipped with a double bed, smart TV, mini-fridge, kettle, iron and ironing board. Two bedrooms have sofa beds to accommodate up to three guests. The third bedroom has a double sofa bed to accommodate up to four guests. The ensuite private bathrooms with shower are equipped with hairdryer, towels and courtesy kit.
