Charming four-room apartment on the third floor of a historic building in the center of Rome, in the historic Rione Celio.

The apartment consists of a living room with dining area and double sofa bed, design mezzanine with double bed, bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms, one of which with en suite bathroom, kitchen and utility room with washing machine and dryer.
The internal views guarantee a reserved and comfortable atmosphere, while the high ceilings with exposed bricks and the details of the finishes make this apartment a stylish choice for your stay in Rome.

The rooms, equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, flat screen smart TV and wi-fi connection, are designed to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.

The kitchen is equipped and complete with utensils, crockery and appliances: oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher. We provide our guests with a kettle and coffee machine with pods.

In the apartment there are hairdryer, iron and ironing board, courtesy kit.

The apartment is located in the Celio district, just 500 meters from the Colosseum and the archaeological area of ​​the Roman Forum.
