Our property “Il Mattoncino2” (The Little Brick) is located in Rome historic center, in the heart of Rione Esquilino. Spacious one room apartment on the second floor of a quiet condo, “Il Mattoncino2” can comfortably fit up to two guests and comes fully furnished and equipped with free WiFi, air conditioning and flat-screen TV. The open space has a dining area, a large double bed and a kitchenette. The kitchen area is complete with accessories, kitchenware and appliances: oven, stovetop and fridge. We provide an electric kettle and a coffee machine with coffee pods for our guests. The sleeping area has storage space and ironing facilities. The bathroom has a glass enclosure shower and it’s equipped with washing machine, hair dryer, towels and courtesy toiletries kit.

The residential neighborhood of Esquilino is quiet and very well linked to all public transports. Moreover the area offers a good variety of supermarkets, shops, bars, cafés and restaurants where you can relish the old good and genuine Roman cuisine. Recently the area is spreading with quality wine shops and bistrots where locals enjoy aperitivos and dinners. Our idea of holiday place was born from the desire to give you the opportunity to make you enjoy your stay in Rome and in our flat in a more familiar way than the traditional Hotel. This is the ideal place for families or couples who want to feel “Roman citizens” to all intents and purposes.
